Fairway Wood Headcovers From Reinland Golf

The Golfing Dads had an opportunity to test a Reinland Golf Company fairway wood headcover. The company was started by Maxton Reinland in Washington state. Maxton began making the headcovers to augment his golf clothing company, Muni Kids. The headcovers are made out of wool and appear more of a traditional head cover. There is not long tail to cover part of the shaft. This product covers the head of the golf club and a few inches down the shaft.

We were able to test the Pepper model. The inside of the headcover was very soft and went over the club head easily. It offered our 3-wood great protection while in the bag. The Pepper was well made and showed no signs of shape degredation when repeatedly putting it on or taking it off the wood. About the only negative, from our perspective living in Florida, is the Reinland headcovers are made of wool. We get a lot of summer rain. When we tested the product, there was no rain and the day was sunny. We'd be concerned excess exposure to a rain would cause the headcover to get wet and lose it's shape.  Price wise, the company website advertises these head covers for $34.95, a steal for such a great looking headcover.

We noticed the company is now making head covers for putters and alignment sticks. Also made from wool, there are several types to chose from for the player. Cost for the putter covers is $34.95. The putter cover is made with the same quality as the headcover, we feel your putter will be well protected. Additional accessories include wood ball markers, various sunglass models, Reinland logo stickers, a pocket notebook, and candles.

When our headcover arrived it came in a box and was nicely wrapped in tissue paper. In the box was also a wooden ball marker and a Reinland golf sticker, that Steve may have put on his laptop. It was a nice added bonus to receive.

Dads Say So Reinland Golf makes a great quality headcover for a very reasonable price. We do like the barrel design headcovers as they look very classy and have a good look with an “old school” flare. The different patterns that they have look awesome too and you can find one to match your bag.  You also have the option to have the Reinland logo label put on in either a wooden or woven patch on the cover.  At such a great price, you can’t find quality covers for a price this good anywhere else.
